WILSON – Roscoe Wayne Phillips, 71, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020.

Roscoe is survived by a sister, Joy Phillips (John Price) of Wilson; brothers, Dewey Phillips (Diane) of Raleigh, Neil Phillips (JoAnn), Troy Phillips and Andy Phillips (Anne), all of Wilson; niece, Allison Phillips of Brooklyn, New York; and a nephew, Ryan Phillips of Raleigh.

Roscoe was preceded in death by his parents, Jonah Dewey Phillips Sr. and Mary Alice Baker Phillips of Wilson.

A private service will be held by the family at a later date.
